That's because Aleksey Titarenko was the commander of a so-called "Singing" squadron. He very much loved the music, therefore all pilots in his squadron has singing or musical abilities.
His favourite phrase was: "War is transient, but music is eternal". It gives him a nickname "Maestro".
But Titarenko was a fictional character, so you'll can't find nose-art like this anywhere else.
